We have 24 hours in a day and as per WHO, we need to take at least 4 servings of fruits and vegetables as these are the major sources of vitamins, minerals and fiber.
Honestly, do we have that much time for a balanced eating pattern? Although, whole fruits and vegetables help in providing maximum benefits to our health but juicing can be an easier option than to completely avoid this food group.
Raw fruits and vegetables are much better than cooked ones as they can nourish each and every cell of the body and help prevent diseases by flushing out waste and toxins from the system.
Enzymes are generally destroyed in cooked, canned, microwaved, processed food when it undergoes treatment above a 100 degrees. Enzymes are needed for proper metabolism, anti aging and cell repair.
Bad dietary habits, including consumption of sugars, fats, white or refined flour, processed food, stress and being exposed to environmental pollution may all lead to deficiency in necessary nutrients and enzymes.
In ancient times, ancient Greeks used to call Pomegranate juice as "Love Potion".
In Peru, passion fruits were used with water as cool beverages.
Koreans use green juice in ceremonies, since centuries.
Blending helps in keeping the fiber intact whereas juicing extracts the fiber which promotes better absorption of nutrients.
There is a lot of debate involving juicing or blending but both have their benefits and it's your personal choice to go for anyone or both in your diet.
It always better than to give it a complete miss.
The point is get maximum nutrients into your body using the method that works best for you.
Generally, all vegetables can be consumed together except for proteinaceous and starchy vegetables for optimum digestion.
Non-starchy vegetables include broccoli, sprouts, cabbage, cucumber, garlic etc.
In case of fruits, melons should be consumed alone. Acidic fruits can be combined carefully as they may cause fermentation and gassing.
Let's discuss our juice ingredients by colour:
Orange Foods: Carrots, Oranges, Pumpkins etc contain beta-carotene, vitamin A, C which can improve eyesight and immune system and also has anti-carcinogenic action.

Juice Fasting, Detoxifying and Cleansing is popular around the world. A good quality juice cleansing routine can last anywhere between three days to a week time. The theory behind it is, once our body is not burdened with the task of digesting foods, toxins are released. Juice helps in cleansing the toxins quickly and detoxify.
Another trending and very easy way to keep fit and hydrated is using infused water.
